We do not get to see your card details and we do not store any card information.

 

Shipping Information:

 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Order below $100 have a $8 Shipping charge. Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders. Please note that FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address.

 

Note: Orders over $200 can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.

 

Order Processing:

 

All orders are processed upon receipt, you will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and we will also provide an update once we have shipped your order.

 

• Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should ship the same day.

• Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.

• Orders typically leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.

• Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems

• Occasionally popular items are backordered at Herbalife's Distribution Centers. Back ordered items will be shipped to you via UPS as soon as possible. If you requested a priority shipping method with your order, only the original shipment will be sent via this method.

• At peak times, shipment times from Distribution Centers may take 1-2 days longer than usual. This is typically, but not limited to, the first 2 business days of each month.
