The Herbalife products featured here on this website can be shipped within the United States only. All your orders will be shipped to you via FedEx from the nearest Herbalife distribution center to your mentioned shipping address.
Note: Orders over $200 can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.

- Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should probably be shipped to you the same day.
- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will subsequently be shipped the next day..
- During normal business days orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing.
Backordered Items
- Occasionally popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. Please note that backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife Warehouse.
- Backordered items will be subsequently shipped USPS (or priority shipping if this was chosen on the original order at no additional cost).
- If the backordered item was a part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, then we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order, since Herbalife does not credit us.
Payment Options and Security
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover) for payment towards online orders. All payments are processed by RBS Worldpay which puts into use the highest industry-standard, including secure SSL encryption which goes on to ensure that your online order is completely secure and that you are fully protected from any kind of fraud. Kindly note that we do not get to see any of your card details and neither do we store any card information.

Please by aware that shipping of your products generally takes 3 to 5 days. This time duration does not include weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are usually available 24 to 48 hours after placing your order, weekends and holidays not included.

But still, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from HerbalLifeStyle.com, you may request a refund from us within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product. We will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and actual shipping costs on your order. - All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- FedEx shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received Free Shipping with any of the shipping promotions, will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
- Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

Shipping Information:
We offer free shipping on all orders which exceed $100. Order below $100 have an additional $8 Shipping charge. Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders. Please note that FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address in order to ensure delivery of your product.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed upon receipt, you will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and we will also provide an update once we have shipped your order.
- Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should ship out the same day.

- Occasionally popular items are backordered at Herbalife's Distribution Centers. Back ordered items will be shipped to you via UPS as soon as possible. If you requested a priority shipping method with your order, only the original shipment will be sent via this method.
- At peak times, shipment times from Distribution Centers may take 1-2 days longer than usual. This is typically, but not limited to, the first 2 business days of each month.

All Herbalife products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return, notify us of your intentions to return the products. We will not be in any way responsible for items lost in the mail or sent to the wrong place. Insurance and tracking is therefore highly recommended.
